IMPORTANT REMINDERS
ABOUT OBTAINING CLE CREDITS
– Sign in is automatically checked
when you pick up your name badge at registration.
– It is mandatory that you fill out the form (below) with your bar number(s) and state(s) before departing the conference.
– Mass Torts Puerto Rico cannot guarantee CLE credits if the attorney has not turned in the CLE Attendance Form before leaving the conference.
– CLE accreditation will be sought in all states with CLE requirements. Credit hours may vary depending on each state’s specific accreditation requirements.
-If you do not turn in this form while on site, we can assist you with securing your CLE credit, however, it may also significantly delay the amount of time it takes for your credit to be posted to your record, so if you are up against a filing deadline, we cannot guarantee that your CLE credit will be posted in time.
CLE ATTENDANCE FORM
Please review and submit the MTPR CLE Attendance Form.
We will send you a copy of completed form to the email you provide below. You’ll need to input your bar numbers from each jurisdiction in which you are licensed to practice and for which you are seeking credits.
Shortly after submitting to us, you should receive a copy of your completed Certificate of Attendance by email. Once a jurisdiction issues CLE credits for the MTPR program, you will receive one Certificate of Completion for each jurisdiction in which you are seeking credit
