I am the Managing Attorney of the New York office of The Lanier Law Firm. I have significant experience representing clients in complex commercial litigation, pharmaceutical mass tort litigation, antitrust and class-action litigation, and representing employees in discrimination and whistleblower actions.My work has involved significant appeals, legal motions and oral arguments that have supported trial verdicts in excess of $450 million, in addition to achieving numerous multi-million-dollar settlements. In 2013, I was honored to be named a New York “SuperLawyer” and I am honored to have been listed as one of the Top 100 trial lawyers in New York by the National Trial Lawyers Association (2010-2013). I am a 1998 graduate of Yeshiva University, Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where I was a member of the Law Review and President of the Student Bar Association. I received my undergraduate degree summa cum laude in 1995 from the University of Connecticut where I was the President of the Student Government Association at the Stamford campus. Prior to joining The Lanier Law Firm, I practiced law at the firms of Weitz & Luxenberg and Jenkens & Gilchrist Parker Chapin.I am licensed to practice law in New York and Connecticut, and I am admitted to practice in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, District of Connecticut, Eastern District of Michigan, Northern District of Illinois, Eastern District of Texas, and the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas.
