Shery Ramezanian

Shery Ramezanian, a legal, compliance, and MBA-qualified executive, is the CEO and co-founder of LitPRO, a leading mass tort lien resolution company. Following a successful legal career in the United States, Ms. Ramezanian worked globally in legal consulting with Huron Consulting Group and later with the global law firm Eversheds. Prior to founding LitPRO, she served as a director of legal and compliance at Conduent, a leading legal process outsourcing company, and worked for a Charlotte, North Carolina–based mass tort settlement administration company that specializes in mass tort and class action litigation. Ms. Ramezanian, who is licensed to practice law in North Carolina, holds a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a J.D. from the Michigan State University College of Law, an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and a governance, risk, and compliance diploma from the University of Manchester Business School.
